Congratulations to TAYLOR CROSBY and CHRIS WATSON in being named as National Merit Finalists. Selection for this recognition is a result of scores earned on the PSAT test taken last October. Taylor and Chris placed in the top ˝ of the top 1% of students across the nation! Congratulations also to LOGAN LEBLANC and JACOB PEOPLES in being named as Commended Scholars in the National Merit Scholarship Competition. Although both are not semifinalists their scores came within a few points of earning that distinction. Logan and Jacob finished in the top two percent of all seniors in the nation. This is quite an achievement. Congratulations to ANDREW WILLIAMS in his recognition as a National Achievement Scholarship Finalist. These recognitions are the highest academic awards a student can earn up to this point in his or her educational career.
Congratulations to THERESA PLAISANCE on being chosen to the McDonald's All-American Team! Theresa is one of twenty-four players in the nation chosen for this honor out of 2,500 nominees.
