Lady Terrier Basketball Team
2010 State Champions!


Congratulations to Coach Kathy Luke and the girls' basketball team on winning their first ever 4-A State Championship by defeating Jennings on Saturday with a score of 70 - 51!  Vandebilt senior Theresa Plaisance was named M.V.P. of the game and of the entire Top 28 Tournament!

Coach Luke, the girls, and the Athletic Department would like to thank everyone for the wonderful support.

Way to go girls!

MISSION STATEMENT

Vandebilt Catholic High School, founded by the Marianite Sisters of Holy Cross in 1870 and continued by the Brothers of the Sacred Heart, is a diocesan co-educational institution for grades 8-12 in the Diocese of Houma-Thibodaux. We are committed to spiritual formation and academic excellence in an environment rooted in Catholic values and in the teachings of Jesus Christ.

We primarily serve Catholic students of Terrebonne Parish in a caring and orderly atmosphere. We offer a college preparatory curriculum and stress a personal spiritual approach to the education of the whole student through diverse academic, athletic, and cocurricular programs.
