PARENT INFORMATION

Vandebilt Catholic believes that communication is the key to effective teamwork, especially within the partnership formed with parents during the five years their children are at the school. The Terrier Parent Info Hub was created to house all important communications for parents including weekly Principal’s Updates, special event flyers and daily announcements. Parents are also given access to a PlusPortals account to access student’s grades and any teacher communications. If you are having trouble accessing PlusPortals, please contact the front office at 985-876-2551.

Parents are encouraged to get involved at Vandebilt Catholic through one of our three parent organizations:

  •  Terrier Club - The Terrier Club supports all Vandebilt Catholic High School Athletic teams through fundraising and donations. Memberships are available each school year.
  •  Mothers' Club - The Mothers' Club provides services as needed to the VCHS community. They also raise funds during the school year to donate to the academic and spiritual needs of the school. Memberships are available each school year.
  •  Band Booster Club - The Band Booster Club supports the Vandebilt Catholic Regiment through fundraising and donations. They raise funds to offset the costs of instruments, uniforms, and festival expenses.

Men's Prayer Breakfast:

Established in 2024, our monthly Men's Prayer Breakfast is hosted on campus by Mr. Jeremy Gueldner, VCHS President. All TERRIER dads, grandpas, male alumni, and supporters of VCHS are invited to attend. The event starts at 6:30am with coffee and donuts, followed with prayer and discussion. In early 2025, the group began reading the book Holy Grit by Paul George and have met each month to discuss a chapter. The book is available on Amazon for those who may not have a copy.
