The Varsity Quiz Bowl is open to students in grades 9-12 who have a love of learning and who seek the challenge of academic competition. The team annually completes in the South Louisiana Quiz Bowl Tournament in Morgan City and various other tournaments in the area throughout the year. The culmination of the year is the state tournament sponsored by the Louisiana Association for Academic Competition held in the spring at Northwestern State U.

The Junior High Quiz Bowl is similar to the game show Jeopardy.  Students participate in matches at KWBJ studios in Morgan City.  Students compete with other Junior High schools in the tri-parish area.
